TERMS OF SERVICE Effective date: July 13, 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, digital information products, and online services (collectively, the "Services") provided by 365.partners INC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), located at 30 N GOULD ST, STE R, SHERIDAN, WY 82801, USA. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at support@seva.day. 4. PURCHASES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES Prices are stated on the Services in the applicable currency. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; by purchasing you authorize the applicable charge. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase, except taxes on the Company's net income. 5. REFUNDS Because the Services deliver digital products and instantly rendered results, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted or a result is delivered, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at the point of sale. LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. All content, software, trademarks, and materials are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. 7. USER CONTENT If you upload content (for example, a photograph for processing), you retain ownership of it and grant the Company a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the Services. You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. 8. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: violating any law; infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights; uploading unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content; attempting to gain unauthorized access; interfering with the Services; or using automated means to extract data without permission. 9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The Services may rely on or link to third-party services (including payment and processing providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their use is governed by their own terms and policies. 10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Company does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results (including document-photo outputs) will meet the requirements of any third party or authority. 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. 12. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law. 13. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you end, though provisions that by their nature should survive will survive. 14. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in or serving Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. 15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Services with an updated effective date.
